How do I get more points?
Make sure you are matching your guest’s color with the room color. When you color match correctly, you will earn awesome tip bonuses! The faster you match guests to their rooms, the more you will earn in tips! Make sure you make use of ‘Blood Drops’ to increase your tips!
What is the point of Blood Bills? Why should I collect them?
Wayne and Wanda are coming to stay and they require a VIP suite! Use the Blood Bills you collect to upgrade their suite to make it the perfect visit! Upgrades include beds, rugs, windows, tables, dressers, etc.
How can I get more Blood Bills?
When it comes to upgrading your items, before every level, make sure to purchase Blood Drops and assign them to the room of your choice. The more Blood Drops your rooms have the more Blood Bills you’ll receive at the end of the level.
How can I make my customers happier?
Upgrades! Buy paintings, murals, urns and potion makers to help increase the overall happiness of your guests. Additionally, several of the guests have taken a particular liking to worm cake! Treating guests to worm cake will increase their happiness immensely!
What are the different types of customers I will have to deal with?
There are 9 types of customers you will be dealing with:
- Fly People - The most easygoing of your monster guests.
- Swamp Monster - Loves daily swims, always asks for a towel.
- Mrs. Blob - Big appetite, orders twice as much food.
- George & Gina Gremlin - Will request pillows, love Worm Cakes.
- Yeti - These noisy guests make a monstrous racket.
- Murray the Mummy - He often knocks things over in his excitement.
- Frankenstein - Wanders the hotel while sleeping - tap to wake him!
- Bigfoot - Loves traveling with an entourage.
- Jonathan - He will scare other guests with his humanness! Tap on him to return him to his room.
What's the difference between Hotel Transylvania Dash FREE/Upgraded and Hotel Transylvania Dash Deluxe?
Free/Upgraded versions of Hotel Transylvania Dash are entirely separate from Hotel Transylvania Dash Deluxe. While they may seem the same, purchases in one do not transfer to purchases in the other.
Hotel Transylvania Dash FREE/Upgraded are the same game client. You are able to download and play a small amount of the game for FREE with additional upgrade features available at a small in app purchase cost. The option to upgrade your game to the deluxe edition from within the free version is available and will allow you to continue your progress without starting over.
Hotel Transylvania Dash Deluxe is a paid version of the game that features the hotels from the free edition including any additional in app purchases. Players can purchase the full game outright if they wish to maximize their content and gameplay. If you require further explanation or clarification, our support team can assist.
How many hotels are there?
There are three wings in Hotel Transylvania, each with new challenges.
- The Main Hotel
- The Howling Wing
- The Dungeon
Additional levels are to be released as in-app purchases.

Mall Stars – Updated FAQ
We understand some of our players have had questions regarding the latest Mall Stars update (v1.4) and what changes it brings to the Mall Stars universe. We've got all your answers below!
Why do I earn more hearts all of a sudden? Why are they easier to earn in 1.4?
We want Mall Stars to be a fun experience. We’ve realized that our players wanted more hearts to progress through the game and we listened. In update 1.4, players will have a higher percentage of earning hearts each time their Stars enter into a shopping frenzy.
I never have enough supplies. I need to restock faster. What can I do?
A lot of players don’t realize you can purchase additional loading docks. The more docks a person has, the faster their supplies will increase. More supplies means more stock and more stock means more happy, heart giving Stars! Consider picking up a second loading dock to increase the pace and fun of Mall Stars.
I can’t expand my mall any further. How am I supposed to level up?
In the upcoming 1.5 update, players will be given a greater amount of expansion room than ever before! Until 1.5 is released, players will not be able to expand their malls any further. With no expansion space, players may be wondering how to level up. We’d like to introduce you to the store swapping feature.
When you tap on a store, you have the option to swap it for another store/attraction of the same size. When stores or attractions are swapped out, the player earns exp equivalent to that of a new store. Using this method, players are able to swap stores in and out depending on the needs and wants of the Stars currently visiting the mall!
What other features does 1.4 contain? Why should I upgrade?
On top of fixing a lot of performance issues, we’ve added a whole bunch of new quests for players to complete. These quests will earn you currency that you can put back into your mall! Additionally, we’ve introduced a handy restock worker who will take care of your mall while you aren’t around.
The restock worker is available to purchase for 10 hearts from the ingame store and will restock your entire mall for an additional heart. Each time the player uses this restock service, the worker will deduct one heart from your total.
Note: He won’t restock your mall until the majority of your items are out. This prevents him from taking all your hearts away.
We’ve also got a bunch of new attractions for players to place in their mall. Remember, you can swap out your old stores for these new ones!
