Hi there, great addicting game you’ve got here. Thanks! Just wanted to ask though…I’ve downloaded the update, but the new characters are showing locked, even though I have passed the level that they are supposed to be unlocked at. Are they still not available? Or is there something else I should do?

Hi Kate,
That is a strange issue. I would send a support ticket via: support[at]playfirst[dot]com. (Replace at and dot with ‘@’ and ‘.’ when emailing support.
