Love and Death: Bitten quick tips and tricks

Need some help beating Love and Death: Bitten? We tapped the game designer, KismetPF, for some exclusive tips and tricks on beating Love and Death: Bitten.

General tips

• Hints - If you are ever stuck, click on the Hint button. Hints need time to recharge after being used, but you can use them as many times as you want.
• Goals -If you're not sure what to do next, use the 'Goals' list to track your current objectives.

• Explore the world of Damon and Victoria by looking around the room and using your mouse to click on items.
• Make sure to explore all the different rooms. If there is nothing left to do in a room, the character will say so.

• Feel free to click around and explore! There is no timer and no penalty for mis-clicking.
• You will alternate between playing as Victoria and Damon. Try and see how each person's point of view matches up with the other!
• Click on different objects to learn more about Damon and Victoria's world.

Solving Puzzles
Below are some tips on solving puzzles in the game. If you get really frustrated, remember that you can skip puzzles after 3 minutes. For certain puzzles, you may have to collect all the pieces before a skip button will appear.

• Roof Puzzle: Click on adjacent tiles and find a path to the chimney! Damon and Victoria can only step on certain tiles. Try working your way backward from the end of the path.


• Rock Formation Puzzle: Arrange the symbols so that there is only one of each symbol in each row and column. The darker symbols may not be moved. Turn on all the flames to win!



• Cooking Puzzle: Find the ingredients in the forest and in the town. You'll need to cleverly use items to get certain ingredients. Then, follow the instructions in the cookbook in order. Use the Hint button if you are stuck.

• Gargoyle Collar Puzzle: Click to rotate the triangular chips. Arrange the chips until light is bouncing into all the mirrors around the edge. Later in the game, you'll have to find the mirrors and insert them before you can begin.

• Waterfall: Find and replace the missing valves in the garden, then click to open the valves. Mix the three primary colors to create the specified color in the center pool. You can mix more than two colors at once.



• Witch Mirror: Find all the missing pieces and arrange them so that every symbol is a reflection of the adjacent symbol. This is one of the hardest puzzles in the game, so try your hand at it before you look at the solution.



• Piano Puzzle: Arrange the colorful notes so there is only one of each symbol in each row and column. The rows and columns will highlight when they are correct. Then, play Damon’s Song by clicking the appropriate piano keys in sequence.

Golden Leaves

• Collect 100 golden leaves to unlock a bonus activity, which will reveal a shocking glimpse of the future!
• Remember that the leaf counter will glow when there are still leaves hidden in the current scene! However, some leaves will not be revealed until later in the game.
